1.Who processes refunds

Restora’s subscriptions are sold through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments processes all payments and refunds. You can request a refund by contacting us at support@restora.cc or Dodo Payments directly; refunds are handled under Dodo Payments’s buyer terms together with this policy.

2.Our refund window

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment: if Restora isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of that payment for a full refund. This is in addition to — and does not limit — any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you have where you live.

3.Consumer cooling-off rights (EU, UK, and similar)

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another region with a statutory cooling-off right, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because Restora is a digital service you can use immediately, where you ask to start using it right away you may be asked to acknowledge that doing so can reduce or waive that withdrawal right once the service has been provided. We will make this clear at checkout.

Email us at support@restora.cc from, or quoting, the email address you used to purchase (the same address the app uses to look up your subscription). Tell us whether you want a refund, a cancellation, or both. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method; timing depends on Dodo Payments and your bank.

6.Cancelling vs. refunding

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but is not by itself a refund of the current period — you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. A refund returns money already paid, subject to this policy. You can do either, or both.

7.Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Chargebacks are handled through Dodo Payments.
