The exact terms
What you earn, and what counts.
The short version of the Partner Terms, in the order the questions come up.
- 20% of each subscription payment
- On the subscription revenue Restora actually collects from a workspace you referred, excluding tax. At today's prices that is $1.40 of a $6.99 monthly payment and $14.00 of a $69.99 annual payment.
- Recurring
- On every renewal, for as long as that workspace stays subscribed and you remain a partner in good standing.
- 60-day attribution
- A workspace is yours if it connects to Restora in the visit that started from your link, and makes its first subscription payment within 60 days of that click. The referral locks at that payment; another partner's link can't take it afterwards.
- A 14-day pending period
- Each commission is pending for 14 days — Restora's money-back window — then approved. If the payment is refunded in that time, the commission is $0.
- +$20 every 20 qualified workspaces
- A workspace qualifies once a payment from it has passed the pending period. Each workspace counts once: renewals don't count again.
- Monthly payouts from $25
- Sent each month once your approved balance reaches $25. Commission is calculated in US dollars.
What doesn't earn commission
- A workspace that was already a paying subscriber before it clicked your link.
- The one-time Restore Pass. Commission is on subscriptions.
- A payment that is refunded or charged back. If that happens after a commission was approved, it is reversed against your future earnings.
- Your own subscription. Self-referrals aren't allowed.

Who is the Partner Program for?
People who already help others build or run work in Notion: consultants, agencies, template creators, educators, newsletter and channel owners, and community admins. Audience size matters less than whether Restora genuinely fits what you do.
How do I apply, and what happens next?
Fill in the application. Every application is read by a person, so it isn't instant. If you're approved you get one email with your referral link, your dashboard, your promotion kit and your two months of Restora Pro.
How long does a referral last?
Someone who clicks your link has 60 days to make their first subscription payment for the workspace to count as yours. The referral is carried by your link itself — Restora stores nothing in the visitor’s browser — so it needs them to connect Notion in the visit that started from your link; someone who leaves and comes back later on their own is not counted. From that payment on the referral is locked to you, and you earn on each renewal for as long as the workspace stays subscribed and you remain a partner in good standing.
When and how am I paid?
A commission is pending for 14 days, then approved. Payouts are sent monthly once your approved balance reaches $25, by PayPal, Wise, or another method you agree with us. You set it in your dashboard. Commission is calculated in US dollars.
What happens if a customer I referred gets a refund?
If the payment is refunded during the 14-day pending period, that commission is $0. If a payment is refunded or charged back after its commission was approved, the commission is deducted from your future earnings rather than billed back to you.
Do renewals count toward the $20 milestone bonus?
No. The bonus counts unique paying workspaces: each workspace counts once, when a payment from it has passed the 14-day pending period. You get $20 each time you reach another 20. Renewals still earn their 20% commission; they just don't count as another workspace.
What am I allowed to say about Restora?
Use the approved copy in the promotion kit for product claims, and tell your audience your link is an affiliate link. Please don't promise things Restora doesn't claim itself, and don't suggest Restora is affiliated with or endorsed by Notion.
Can I refer myself, or my own clients' workspaces?
You can't earn commission on your own subscription. Referring a client who pays for their own workspace is exactly what the program is for.

No. Restora is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.
